    The accommodation was poor in all aspects really we booked the hotel as a TUI blu which we had enjoyed several times before this hotel does not go anywhere near TUI blu standards the maintenance is poor with damaged tiles everywhere areas cordoned off for repair grounds maintenance was poor with weeds growing o paths bushes overhanging walkways a smell of sewage at the pool area dependant on the time of day and housekeeping was non existent I have stayed in 2 star hotels with better cleanliness the bed was barely made we arrived to dirty towels on the balcony an bins with rubbish in but as it was late assumed this would be corrected in the morning which it wasn’t after 6 days we had to ask for a bed change as this hadn’t been done since arrival we were told at reception this was done daily we were a group of ten and all reported no housekeeping even the floors or bathroom were not cleaned we eventually gave up and bought our own cleaning products to use for the remainder of the stay the food quality in the main restaurant was also very low quality it felt more like factory canteen food than restaurant food with limited choices even theme nights were strange as the choice of food was completely different to expected Chinese spring rolls on Indian night and sausage chicken tikka with no chicken ? The pool areas were also way below TUI blu dirty toilets that smelt bad all day an never saw a cleaner all day broken sunbeds that were way beyond use really massive lack of outside seating in the evening a bar area that had all the character of a school classroom with horrible seating and 2 bar staff to serve the entire hotel so no chance of getting a drink without a 10-15 minute queue from 18:00-23:00 all of which was witnessed by the manager who made no attempt to resolve as I have said if this is the new level for TUI blu I won’t be booking again at best I could only give this a rating of 3 star at best after paying £18,000 pounds for our group expected more and will be sharing my thoughts with others on review sites to warn people this is not a TUI Blu hotel

    Room we booked with private pool was very over looked no privacy . Pool freezing cold and only about to use it between certain times not as advertised

    Zeker geen 5*. S' morgens in de file om handdoekje te leggen staat dat het niet is toegestaan maar er wordt niet gehandhaafd😡Buffet Restaurant was oke. Grill restaurant ZEER ZEER slecht. Er werden geen drankjes opgenomen, eten moest 2 dagen van te voren worden opgegeven, je kreeg niet wat je had bestel en alles was KOUD.Dranjes uiteindelijk zelf moeten halen. Zeer on ervaren personeel. 3 ruime familiekamers geboekt. Echter 1 was er zeer klein. Receptie gaf van te voren aan dat de kamers identiek waren. Main bar overdag gesloten, drankjes alleen verkrijgbaar bij het zwembad, 's avonds lang in de rij voor een drankje. Onervaren, onbeschoft personeel. Geen annimatie voor de kinderen bij het zwembad. Heel erg jammer. Geen strand bij de accomodatie, alleen wat moeilijk bereikbare rotsen die uit kwamen bij een baai. Drankjes waren niet all-inclusive. Heel erg jammer allemaal om zo ons 40 jarig huwelijk te vieren.

    It was a lovely holiday my 5 year old son loved it and amazingly learnt how to swim without armbands as one of the pools he could touch the floor and felt confident to take them off. Food/drink couldn’t fault. Staff always helpful. Taxis easy to book. Accommodation we couldn’t fault. Would definitely return
