    It took a major instant three days prior to me leaving the accommodation of fall the TUI entertainment stuff to step in and notify people that there was an issue at the hotel and they did it in a very discrete way I think it could have been done more direct my daughter is a fairly autistic and had a major meltdown upon this two different women one with a teenage child decided it would be okay to video record my daughter's meltdown pointer and laughing at her my daughter had severe anxiety after this and it led to her ear exploding we've pressure and having severe blood and Gonk coming out of area upon this she's now had to come home and go on severe antibiotics for several days she also self-harm while she was out there by bruising an ear and biting herself because of the experience that she had upon this experience we then went to the bar and the barman got quite aggressive in slamming the drink down and thought that was okay this whole experience was really uncomfortable I also had to report it to the TUI reps who said there are reported to the entertainment staff which they didn't I had to do that myself I also asked the two erupts to check out and anti-festation that I had in my room which again never did and I had to take up on myself to sort this issue out myself I do not think that people are acceptant of disabled children especially autistic people all people with difficulties with reading writing or even death also at the hotel are multiple occasions I must have seen at least 15 people slip while going into the pool as it is extremely Slippy and the reason I mats

    We felt some of the toilet floors should’ve been cleaned more often. The showers in the indoor pool should have shampoo and conditioner. There was a mouse in the gym coming from a hole in the floor. For a five star hotel we would expect a coffee machine in the room. The pools and food were very good. The hotel staff were friendly.
