    Accommodation was lovely and the staff excellent. Bear in mind that half the accommodation is upstairs so if you struggle with mobility then make sure to request a ground floor room as there are no lifts other than in the main building.

    The hotel was okay overall, however we definitely did not feel it was of the 4-star standard it is advertised as. Our room was not cleaned regularly. The cleaners would often come at around 8:30am when we were still in bed, and if we missed them there didn’t seem to be another opportunity for the room to be cleaned that day. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the room. Unfortunately, we were also disappointed with the food. We often struggled to find something we enjoyed and on a number of occasions ended up just having chips. On the day of checkout, my boyfriend was unwell, so we asked whether a late checkout would be possible. We were simply told no and weren’t offered any alternative, such as another room, a courtesy room or somewhere comfortable for him to rest, which was disappointing. There was also very little entertainment during our stay, and overall we felt the hotel lacked some of the facilities, service and atmosphere we would expect from a 4-star TUI property. We still had a lovely holiday overall, but we don’t feel the accommodation lived up to the 4-star rating or our expectations
