    Recommended

    Third time at this hotel and was allocated two side seats view rooms . Unfortunately these rooms were towards the front of the hotel and there is a fair amount of traffic noise from a busy main road . Didn’t ask for a move as we knew the hotel was full and thought relocating two rooms would be difficult . The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable but as many people comment they are a bit tired . In fact my room 325 had a noticeable crack in the bathroom sink . Cannot fault the staff , some absolute gems in there particularly Nicoletta in the main bar area .

    we did not go to any of the evening entertainment - it was just a lot of singers doing covers. the pergola on our balcony collapsed (we were not in the room, but it was a bit disconcerting)

    Having paid over £1500 for a Superior Room I was appalled to find that the room didn’t even have a door on the bathroom. A glass partition for the toilet is no privacy what so ever. This is not what I expect of a supposedly Superior room …… We also paid for late check out, only to be told by the hotel that this was not guaranteed and that we might have to check out and be moved to another room. When I complained to the Tui rep that I thought that this wasn’t late check out, she was very unhelpful and quite unsympathetic, simply stating that it was the same all over Cyprus.

    Easy access to all amities, the sun beds near the beach where in an excellent location,the only downside of the hotel is they do not offer a courtesy room after check out,and offer a room to only 3pm at a ridiculously high cost,bearing in mind out flights didn’t leave until circa 11.10 pm
