When we arrived the bathroom door would not close, we had to ask twice for this to be resolved. After this was resolved we noticed a considerable leak from the ceiling coming from the room above. We told the reception twice about this but this was not resolved. By the end of the week the ceiling had become black with mould, paint started coming off the wall outside the bathroom. Upon checking out we made the receptionist aware, in which she showed little care that this had not been actioned. The entertainment on the 2 of the nights was very good, the rest of the nights were quite poor for a five star accommodation. The toilets around the complex didn't seem upto a 5 star standard, locks were broken off of doors. Overall cleanliness was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very attentive.
