    Great facilities, great food and drink, lovely pool/beach/communal areas, staff were fantastic. Rooms are not particularly modern but immaculate and well-equipped. Only criticism would be that there are signs on pool loungers saying no reserving loungers before 9am. This was not enforced at all, when it could have been done quite easily - in fact it felt as though it wasn't even discouraged as towels were available by 8.30.

    I would recommend staying in the bungalows rather than the main building of the hotel as our air con didn't work. We were in the back corner of the third floor and the heat was unbearable. Other guests we spoke to said there's worked ok. I was offered another room after complaining but had to pay €540. Cheaper than if i'd asked for a bungalow when booking with Tui originally though! By over £300! The food is good, got a bit samey after 10 days but that's to be expected. Staff are lovely, so hardworking and friendly. They really make the place special for all the guests. There was a problem with wasps when eating outside. Several people were panicking and getting stung during our stay. It did send people into a bit of a frenzy at mealtimes and you couldn't relax eating at the beach. The staff made wasp traps and did monitor the situation and lifeguards helped people if they got stung. The setting is beautiful, not a lot around but I didn't mind that. The boat taxi to Corfu town was brilliant and taxis will take you wherever you want, ordered through reception. Overall it's a great place to stay.
