    Lovely clean hotel very nice staff no complaints apart from hotel entertainment was way below average worst I’ve even seen at a Rui hotel

    Room had ants in it. Towels not always replaced. Water had to be asked for. Shower had mould in most of the grout

    Accommodation was dated and lacking a n general maintenance. The beds and pillows was rock hard. Speciality restaurants was poor food choice which was cold and miserable staff. Food in buffet was the worst I’ve experienced. Always cold and lots if empty trays. It was busy but they just weren’t keeping up with demand. Drinks out of self service machines were always weak and flat. Sunbeds mostly needed replacing as material sagging. Definitely not a 4 star in our eyes. Glad we were only there for 4 days.

    General accommodation shabby lacked love.No coffee and milk on arrival in room forgot to put it in.When requested still not replaced until day 4 .Served room and took towel and didnt replace.Staff in hotel were poor not the usually friendly service ive experience in other simular hotels

    The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel room spacious and the reception bar areas were great. The downside was the quality of the food and drink. The food in the Asia restaurant was awful and gave my child an upset stomach. There were very little options for nice cocktails, most were pre made, full of sugar and not a good quality.
