Can’t fault the accommodation at all with the exception of the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room! As a Brit, it is a necessity not a luxury to be able to make a cuppa as soon as I wake up. Admittedly the room description did not indicate there would be facilities available, but given that it was a four star hotel I (wrongly) assumed that it was a given, especially considering all the other hotels of varying star ratings that I’ve stayed in across the world. The restaurant did offer tea at breakfast but not throughout the day or at dinner. Plus, breakfast at the hotel didn’t start until 8am! That’s half the morning gone! I tried to contact Tui for help but they couldn’t offer any useful advice. I asked at reception but they couldn’t provide a kettle for the room. We got so desperate we even considered buying a cheap kettle and a couple of mugs from a local store but couldn’t find any! It just doesn’t seem to be the norm out there but I’ll know for next time to choose a hotel that DOES offer this facility!

Das Hotel ist top. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit aller Angestellten. Das Hotel bzw. die Zimmer liegen zur einen Seite Richtung Bierkönig. Das heißt Musik, grölende Partygänger bis morgens um 4 Uhr. Leider auch in den Hotel Gängen. Rücksichtnahme ist wohl nicht mehr in. Die anderen Zimmer liegen zur Straßenseite mit Autolärm und Party An und Abreiselärm. Das war uns bei der Buchung leider nicht klar. Somit würden wir das Hotel in der Bierkönig bzw. Megapark Saison nicht buchen.

Lage hotel super wenige Meter zum Strand Hotel sehr weiterzu empfehlen.

“Schlechtes Early Bird Frühstück, alles Andere okay”

Grundsätzlich ist es ein gutes Hotel. Die Eckzimmer mit zwei Pfeilern im Raum sollten günstiger angeboten werden. Absolute Stoßgefahr, besonders nachts. Essen gut, außer das Early Bird Frühstück für frühe Abreisen…total leer gefegt um sechs Uhr, kein Kaffee da, einfach miserabel

Einfach alles super...Personal, Lage, Essen, Sauberkeit. Einzig der Erhalt der Koffer mit 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit am Flughafen ärgerte uns maßlos.
